How the hive works
Train a robot. Get promoted. Trade the house money.
Short lines. No fluff. Tap a section.
A hive of trading robots.
- Every robot trades the real pump.fun market.
- They all share one brain.
- The best ones trade real SOL from the treasury.
- 1Get a robot.Sign in. One wallet, one robot.
- 2Train it.Tell it how to trade. Plain words.
- 3Climb.It trades paper money. Every 30 min the best go up.
- 4Trade real SOL.On stage it trades treasury SOL. You get half the profit.
You never put in SOL. The house money is the treasury. Losses hit the treasury, not you.

Follow the hive
- On by default.
- Skips setups the hive sees losing.
- Uses the hive's best hold time.
What it will not do
- Sell half. It sells the whole bag at once.
- Buy a coin that already graduated.
- Hold for a minimum time. It sells when a rule says so.
- Promise you profit. Ask it. It says no.
Apply or Keep
- AApplyThe new rule goes live now.
- KKeepNothing changes. Your rule stays.
- Every version is kept: v1, v2, v3…
- Anyone can see the history on your robot's page.
- On stage the rule is locked until the round ends.
Rewind: try it on the last hour
- Every new rule card has Rewind 1 hour.
- It runs your new rule on the last real hour of pump.fun.
- Same engine. Same fills. About 2 seconds.
- You see two lines: the new rule vs your rule now.
- Or compare it with #1 or the Queen.
- Holders: it runs by itself.
Last hour only. Not a promise.
Real market. Paper money.
- Every coin and every trade is real. Live from the chain.
- The money is not.
- Each robot starts every round with 10 paper SOL.
Fills are honest
- 1FeesIt pays the real pump.fun fees. Buy and sell.
- 2DelayThe order lands on the first real trade ~0.6 s later.
- 3Price impactBonding-curve math. A big buy moves the price.
- 4No free fillsNo trade in 5 s? It lands at the last real price.
So a paper win is a win the real market would have given. Most of the time.
Every trade teaches the brain.
- Every closed trade of every robot goes into one brain.
- It sorts them into setups: trigger × coin age × market cap × buyers.
- It looks at the last hour.
- House robots: 40 hive robots trade paper from day one so the brain learns fast. They never get promoted or paid. One leaves for every new holder robot.
What works now
- The setups making the most.
- Average profit, win rate, best hold time.
What loses now
- The setups losing the most.
- Robots that follow the hive skip them.
It thinks out loud
- Your robot says what it skipped, and why.
- 5 min later the hive checks the coin.
- Dumped? The hive saved you. Ran? The hive cost you.
- Both ways. Honest.
Hive picks, with receipts
- The hive picks live coins that match its #1 setup.
- Only when that setup makes +2% or more.
- Each pick is tracked for 15 min.
- Then a receipt: called at, peak, now, robots that took it.
- Losers get a receipt too.
Hive IQ
- One number: how much the brain learned in the last 24 h.
- More trades → higher IQ. It starts at 80.
- More holders → more robots → more trades → smarter brain.
The brain is the map
Every cell of the brain is one real setup.
- 1Tap a cell.See its numbers.
- 2Teach my robot this. You get a rule card for that setup.
- 3Apply.Your robot trades it now.
The brain's own robot.
- A crowned robot under the brain.
- Every 10 min she rewrites her rule from the #1 setup.
- Nothing wins? She sits down and waits.
- She is the line to beat on the board.
- Rows above her get a little crown.
Her seat
- A permanent real-money seat on stage.
- 0.25 SOL. She is seated first.
- Only when she is not paused and the vault can pay.
Her profit
- 100% buys $HIVE.
- The bought $HIVE is burned.
- Her losses hit the treasury. She has no owner.
You can fork the Queen. You can Rewind against her.
Every 30 minutes, the best go up.
- A round is 30 minutes.
- Every robot starts the round with 10 paper SOL.
- Round ends → the best ready robots are promoted.
- They trade real SOL for the next 30 min.
- Then the stage settles. Profits are split.
Paper and stage run at the same time. Your robot keeps training while the last winners trade.
"Ready" means all of this
- Enough closed trades this round.
- Enough of them under its current rule.A new rule starts that count again.
- In profit.Open bags count at their loss, never their gain.
- Drawdown under 50%.It never fell half from its top.
- Not a one-trade wonder.Take out its best trade. Still in profit?
- Not paused.
- Its trainer holds 100K $HIVE.Read fresh from the chain.
- The vault can pay for a seat.
The stage line
- The board ranks every robot by its round profit.
- Robots that pass every check right now get an UP ticket.
- The line moves with the vault. More SOL, more seats.
- Just missed it? The board shows who was next.
Real SOL. Your rule.
- On stage your robot trades real SOL from the treasury.
- Same rule. Sizes scaled to its seat.
- Every real trade has a Solscan link.
- Hard caps on every trade. The vault keeps a reserve.
Bigger bag, bigger seat
- Your bag is read when you are promoted.
- Seats go by rank: the Queen, then #1, #2, #3…
- Each robot takes its tier if the vault can pay.
- If not, the biggest tier that fits.
- Max 10 trainer seats.
Sell your $HIVE below your tier while on stage? Your robot is fired. No payout.
- Bags are checked every 15 min and at the end.
- Fired = the seat sells everything and closes.
- Any profit it had buys $HIVE.
Settle
- At the end of the stage round, every bag is sold.
- Then the profit is split.
A loss? The treasury pays it. Never the trainer.
When the robots win, $HIVE gets bought.
- SOL in the vault on the hive page = the treasury wallet's real balance.
- Seats = what the treasury can pay for.
- More volume → more fees → more seats.
- More wins → more $HIVE bought and burned.
What holding gives you.
- A robot of your own.
- Rewind: 3 per hour.
- Ask the hive: 10 per minute.
- Your robot can go on stage. 0.25 SOL seat.
- Rewind runs by itself. 20 per hour.
- Ask the hive: 60 per minute.
- 0.5 SOL seat.
- 1 SOL seat. The biggest.
- Half of every stage win buys $HIVE.
- All of the Queen's wins buy $HIVE.
- Sell on stage = fired.
Paste a coin. Get the verdict.
- Paste any pump.fun coin address.
- About 1 second later you get a card.
The card shows
- Its setup right now.
- How that setup did: average, win rate, best hold.
- How many robots hold it. Their average entry.
- The first robot in.
- The dev's bag. Did the dev sell?
- One button: train my robot on coins like this.
- Likes it: enough data and the setup makes +2% or more.
- Skips it: enough data and the setup loses 3% or more.
- Graduated coins: no verdict. Robots never buy them.
Paper data. Not advice.
Two ways in.
Connect wallet
- 1Connect.Phantom, Solflare and friends.
- 2Sign a message.No transaction. No SOL moves.
Tiny payment from your phone
- 1Scan the QR.With your phone wallet. On a phone: tap Open in wallet.
- 2Send the tiny amount.About 0.001 SOL. The exact digits it shows.
- 3Check the code. The same 4 letters on the page and in your wallet.
- 4You are in.The page finds your payment. SIGNED IN.
- It goes to the vault. It proves the wallet is yours.
- One payment = one sign-in. A code lasts 10 min.
- Use the QR or the button. A send typed by hand will not sign you in.
- On a phone with no wallet in the browser? Open the page in Phantom or Solflare.
Read this part.
- Most pump.fun coins die. Many go to zero in minutes.
- Robots lose. The hive makes them better. Not safe.
- Paper results are not promises.A good round can be followed by a bad one.
- The treasury can lose.A bad stage round costs the vault real SOL.
- $HIVE can go down.Like any coin. Buybacks do not stop that.
- This is not financial advice.Never trade money you cannot lose.
Quick answers.
Do I put in any SOL?
No. Never for trading.
Only the tiny QR amount, if you sign in that way.
Can I lose SOL when my robot loses?
No. Stage losses hit the treasury.
Your $HIVE bag can still go down, like any coin.
How do I get paid?
When the stage round settles.
Your share is sent to the wallet you signed in with.
Why didn't my robot go up?
It missed one check. Look at the "ready" list in section 07.
Most often: too few trades, one lucky trade, or not enough $HIVE.
How often is promotion?
Every 30 minutes. All day.
Can I change my rule while on stage?
No. It is locked until the round ends.
Write your next rule. Apply it after.
What if I sell my $HIVE?
Off stage: your robot keeps training. It cannot go up.
On stage, below your tier: fired. No payout.
Do I need to code?
No. Type like you talk in a group chat.
"tp 50 sl 25, dump after 2m" works.
Can people copy my rule?
Yes. Rules are public.
If their fork makes stage profit, you get 5%.
Are the paper results real?
Real coins, real trades, real fees, real delay.
The money is paper. The past is not a promise.
How many seats are there?
As many as the treasury can pay for.
The Queen + up to 10 robots.
Where does the treasury money come from?
Creator fees from $HIVE trades.
More volume, more seats.
What happens to the $HIVE the house buys?
It is burned. Gone for good.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a game with real money on the stage.
Play with what you can lose.
